Price conditions

Prices are for 2 people per night.
For each additional person, we charge €15.00/night.

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge
Max. 4 people in one holiday apartment

Included in the price:

Bed linen, towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, electricity, heating, final cleaning, all fees, and taxes, except for the local tax. The amount of the local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulations in force at the time of stay and will be shown separately on the invoice at departure.

Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit and receipt of the booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

 

Payment

The apartment price is payable on the day of arrival. We gladly accept your credit card (Euro/Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, CartaSi) or cash.

 

Conditions of arrival and departure

Arrival: The apartment is ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you are delayed, we appreciate a message from you.

Departure: On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. Other times are available upon request and availability.

Cancellations

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB.
You do not have a right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code.

However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:

• Up to 2 months before arrival the reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee. We keep the deposit.

• Until 30 days before arrival 40% of the booked travel rice

• Until 15 days before arrival 60% of the booked travel price

• In case of cancellations within 14 days before arrival, in case of no- show or premature departure of the guests, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Travel cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your coming. Nevertheless, we recommend you that you take out the cancellation protection as soon as you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday with  complete peace of mind.
